Weaver, John - Dugout
This rather small arched cave is built into a slight slope in a valley between the remnants of two stone houses. It is too far from either home to be either a root cellar or a storm shelter. This and the fact it faces south with a single door makes the likely hood of it being a small dugout dwelling more likely. The original homesteader was apparently John Weaver but John and Mary Hohman's names also appear on the map by 1902. The cave faces south and measures 10'(L)x7'(W)x5'(H).
